Chanute, KS
Owner: Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center
Scope: Cut and removed 6" of concrete and 3' of fill from inside of the hospital, next to surgery. Re-compacted new fill and installed 5" concrete floor with fiberglass rebar. Framed walls and hung drywall. Installed doors, hardware, and suspended ceilings. Performed all work according to the schedules of the surgery department and the doctor's clinic above, while staying on schedule and on budget.

This remodel presented many challenges due to the fact this area was over surgery & radiology as well as having a doctor’s clinic adjoined one side. Strict coordination was the key to completing this project on time & on budget.

Scope: This project consisted of a 4200 sq ft remodel and a 1700 sq ft addition. Remodel work included demo, wall construction, doors and hardware, casework, and suspended ceilings. The 20 room addition included a 30' x 48' concrete vault designed for a linear excellerator (used for cancer treatment), as well as exam, waiting, mechanical, IT, and break rooms.

This project was part of the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG).
